CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask for at least a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy helps respect the time reserved specifically for you.
